Swordplay at DBA

One of the most asked questions at Don Byram Art is, "Can you frame (add your item here)"?

DBA'er Anne walked in before Christmas with her version which was, "I have two Civil War era swords that I married with my husband. Can you frame them?"

We all looked at each other and confidently proclaimed....."OK".

Truthfully, Civil War swords are not items we deal with on a daily basis. But we didn't let Anne know that. We acted like we do swords everyday. Anne, bless her heart, had faith.

They turned out fabulous! Take a look at the finished product and judge for yourself.

Other interesting items we have recently framed are an autographed Reggie White football jersey (lots of jerseys in general), a pair of autographed Muhammad Ali boxing trunks, diplomas and class rings, an ad from Vogue magazine, several sets of needlework, an autographed picture of Harry Houdini, christening dresses, swimsuits, a Marilyn Monroe calendar(you know the one:)), towels, restaurant menus, and tons of Alex Chamber and Kevin Burchett prints!

So, to ask the question again,
"What do we frame?"

The short answer is, "Everything!"
